Each chapter is a different client’s story, from my time as a psychotherapist, of their search for their own ‘good enough’ self. Woven throughout is my own personal journey of reconnection.
It is my hope that, through these stories of others, every reader will become more aware of their own thoughts and behaviour patterns that prevent them feeling 'good enough'. And through that awareness each one will find a place within themselves to say, as one of my clients said: "You know what? I AM good enough!"
